The Hon. Lloyd Smith is an alumnus of Mississippi Valley State University, where he majored in industrial technology. He is retired military. He loves the City of Charleston and is always thinking of new ways to make it better.
The Hon. Brenda Walton-Willis is a native of Charleston. She is an alumna of Charleston High School and Mississippi Valley State University, where she majored in business administration with a minor in accounting. In addition, she has furthered her studies at Northwest Community College and Amherst Medical Center. She is a member and the financial manager of New Town Missionary Baptist Church. Becoming an Alderwoman has been a long time goal of hers and became a reality on June 11th, 2021. Her motto is, "Seek and Ye Shall Find."
The Hon. Sandy Frieson Smith is a long-term resident of Charleston. She is an alumna of Charleston High School, Coahoma Community College, and the University of Mississippi. She is currently furthering her studies at William Carey University. She is a certified educator for the North Panola School District and is the owner and operator of Bell's Transportation and Alexia Goat Milk Soap of Charleston. As the Alderwoman of Ward 4, she makes the following pledge, "I solemnly pledge to fulfil my duties as a representative of the City of Charleston."
The Hon. Perry Herron is a certified contractor and the self-employed owner of Herron Construction. He is an alumnus of Charleston High School and Northwest Community College. A lifelong resident and native of Charleston, he is willing to help the city in any way that he can.
